Terms of Service

Effective 29 September 2026 · Aurora Hire is a product of Aurora Native

These terms govern the use of Aurora Hire (the "Service"), provided by Aurora Native ("Aurora", "we"). By creating an account or taking an interview you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service

Aurora Hire lets clients configure a job and interview questions, invite candidates, and have an AI voice agent run a first-round interview. The Service returns a transcript, answers to the client's questions and a scored evaluation. The evaluation is an aid for human recruiters; the client remains solely responsible for every hiring decision and for complying with employment, anti-discrimination and data-protection law in its jurisdiction.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You may sign in with an email and password or with Google. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or endanger the Service.

3. Client obligations

  • Only invite candidates who have applied to, or agreed to be considered for, the role.
  • Provide job descriptions and questions that are lawful and non-discriminatory. Do not ask candidates for protected characteristics unless the law requires it.
  • Inform candidates that the interview is conducted and evaluated with AI, as our invitation and consent screen do, and honour candidate requests for human review.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to use, and do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or probe the Service.

4. Candidates

Taking an interview is voluntary. Before it starts we explain what is recorded and ask for your consent; you may decline. Your audio, transcript and evaluation are delivered to the client that invited you, who is responsible for how they are used. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

Interviews are paid for with credits purchased in the app. Prices are shown before purchase. Credits are consumed when an invitation is sent and are not refundable once the interview has been taken, except where the law requires otherwise. Taxes may apply.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you provide and to the results generated for you. You grant Aurora the licence needed to operate the Service (hosting, processing with our providers, and displaying results to you). Aurora keeps all rights to the Service itself. We do not use candidate audio or transcripts to train AI models.

7. AI limitations

AI-generated transcripts and evaluations can contain errors, omissions or bias. They are provided "as is" as decision support. Review them before acting on them.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date of a change means you accept it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aurora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time; we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your country. Questions: hello@aurorahire.ai.
